A raid conducted by Municipal Commisioner Arul, 250 kg platstic seized in single shop in Korampallam.
A investigation was carried out in 95 shops Padukottai,Ayyanadippu and Mappilaiyoorani for using plastic bags.
Two house owners also booked for fine of rupees 10,000 for giving water without chlronite.
They also charged of rupees 500 for not cleaning garbage from their household area.
